Welcome to my little space in the blogosphere! My name’s Viviene. ^_^ I am just an ordinary woman who’ve decided to make my faith and marriage journey a little public!

I want to tell you outright that this is an honest blog. Yes I seek to obey Jesus. Still, I sin every so often. I love the Lord with all my heart. Still, I find myself being stubborn or worse, intentionally disobeying His commands. I am dirty and sinful but Jesus’ blood cleansed my whole being. I am a woman who often drops on her knees to find strength, security and fulfillment from Jesus Christ.

Just the same, my marriage have ups and downs. I write about them too! I am not a perfect wife nor do we have a perfect marriage. But one thing I can say, we have a happy and crazy life together!

That’s an example of our craziness! That’s me with Hubby — my hero, my strength and my one and only! We were married in 2010 and now have a beautiful toddler (after almost 4 years of NOT trying… but of course, we are happy for a new addition to the family) ^_^

I think you deserve a decent photo of us!

I think you deserve a decent photo of us!

A couple of years into our marriage, God had impressed in my heart to share my learnings as a wife, not just here in this blog but through a book! So after struggling with God about my capacity as a writer and many more Moses-like alibi’s… this book was published!

Here’s a preview…..

Written by a newlywed herself, Viviene explores the fundamental virtues every newlywed wife should know in order to TRIUMPH in her marriage. She shares her own stories of bliss and adjustment living in one roof with her lifetime partner.

Be equipped. Be encouraged. Be ready to enjoy a triumphant married life that God intends you to have.

I like your blog and the photographs are very good. I struggle with close up photographs of food but yours look great. I do some strange photographs though and the food is often hot and steams up the lens on my camera! :)

  14. So glad we have connected! Just the kind of woman I like! You are going to make a big impact on young women in this world! I have nieces and nephews that are about your age and have been doing mission work in Greece, Costa Rica, and Sweden. We are a family who love the LORD and only want to do what his calling is for us! So happy our paths have crossed, I LOVE mentoring young women, just LOVE it, and it does not matter if it is with parenting, relationships, mother in laws, GOD, home decor, etc., I just LOVE it! oh and I LOVE Thailand too! I would love to live there, and we speak a little Korea, we lived in SEOUL for 3 years just a few years back! Hi viv!

I just stumbled into your blog when I was searching gift ideas for teachers day.

I was inspired though I haven’t read all of your blogs yet… I have been wanting to make my own blog since the day I delivered for my son to read when he grows up but had not much time and in the first place, I didn’t know and still don’t know where to start. :(

I am definitely gonna follow your blog though. :)
