About Me

Thanks for stopping by! My name is Viviene. I go by plenty of nicknames (Viene, Vivi, Vivs, Ms V for my students who can’t pronounce my name, T. V. as in Teacher Viviene invented by my naughty students and many more)… you can go pick what you like. =D

I love

… to travel! I wish to be able to visit many different places. I’ve been to Papua New Guinea, MalaysiaThailand (make sure you download my free ebook), Indonesia and I’ve lived in Singapore for about a year with my husband.

…fashion, beauty, performing arts, and arts & crafts.

…writing, obviously, that led me to write a marriage book! =) Here’s a preview!

Written by a newlywed herself, Viviene explores the fundamental virtues every newlywed wife should know in order to TRIUMPH in her marriage. She shares her own stories of bliss and adjustment living in one roof with her lifetime partner.

Be equipped. Be encouraged. Be ready to enjoy a triumphant married life that God intends you to have.

…my awesome husband who does nothing but make me laugh everyday. Each day with him is a blessing from the Lord!

And most of all, I love the Lord my God with all my heart, soul and mind.

This is what my friend said about me…
“Viviene can be stranded in Africa with no money, but somehow make it home safely to Manila with her eyes closed. How does she do this? Nobody will ever know, but you will always enjoy trying to figure out life’s puzzles with her… ”

Enough money to travel around the world… enough patience to study Korean and Spanish… enough intellect to memorize the globe and Psalm 119… enough height to conquer Ms. Universe… enough beauty to pass a commercial audition… enough talent to win an acting and hosting award… enough love to keep my husband away from infidelity… enough strength and wisdom to discipline my future kids… But don’t worry I have enough God who makes me happy moment by moment.

I like your blog and the photographs are very good. I struggle with close up photographs of food but yours look great. I do some strange photographs though and the food is often hot and steams up the lens on my camera! :)

So glad we have connected! Just the kind of woman I like! You are going to make a big impact on young women in this world! I have nieces and nephews that are about your age and have been doing mission work in Greece, Costa Rica, and Sweden. We are a family who love the LORD and only want to do what his calling is for us! So happy our paths have crossed, I LOVE mentoring young women, just LOVE it, and it does not matter if it is with parenting, relationships, mother in laws, GOD, home decor, etc., I just LOVE it! oh and I LOVE Thailand too! I would love to live there, and we speak a little Korea, we lived in SEOUL for 3 years just a few years back! Read my post http://www.recreateanddecorate.com/2012/05/06/home-is-where-the-army-sends-you-2/
It gives you my background! You will enjoy the read! Can’t wait to work with you!
