You will keep in perfect peace those whose minds are steadfast, because they trust in you. - Isaiah 26:3 -
I asked Hubby what he was most thankful for and he said, “Even though we have a lot of problems, we still manage to laugh.” I stopped for a moment. That’s so true. We are not at our highest now. We’ve got problems here and there but I’m thankful God has given us peace in the midst of the storms in our lives.
I remember my friend telling me a story about an art contest. The theme was peace. Most would think of calm sea, beautiful forest, etc. But the painting that won was in complete chaos. There were lots of people exchanging goods, etc. Behind those people was a tree. There was a bird sleeping in its nest. And that’s peace. Peace doesn’t mean absence of problems. It means you can still sleep sound at night in the midst of chaos.
How’s your life now? Are you in perfect peace as God promised?

No worries, Viviene.
Life has ups and downs. I believe that those who believe in God and follow goodness, will have the best and taste the sweets…it’s just a matter of time. Tough time does not seems as tough as we see it… God will show us the answer…
Thanks dear =)
Yes, that reminds me of a friend who says the similar thing: “being peaceful is not depends on the outside, but in the inside.”
