There is always a rainbow after a storm…
This was the rainbow that greeted me on Saturday afternoon after work. I was very happy to see it and it reminded me of the covenant that God had with His people after the flood. It reminded me that after every difficulty in life, there is a rainbow awaiting you at the end.
Indeed, the rainbow has come for our dear friend, Sheilah Tan.
January 21, 2012 – 11:13 PM – is the day & time when our Heavenly Father received my Luv to Himself for eternity. Where she is now is definitely far better compared to where we are. Into His presence…
Thank you dearest prayer partners for being with us in this challenging journey. We felt your love & concern all throughout.
We hope… we pray… we wait… we trust… coz God is Good! All the time!
But it is good for me to draw near to God; I have put my trust in the Lord God, that I may declare all Your works. – Psalms 73:28
My Luv, I will follow you wherever you are… in His time…
See you soon my Luv!
-Marvin
There were many tears last night as we gathered together and comforted Marvin and Shei’s family. But although we grieve for losing a dear friend, we are joyful because we know that she is in a better place where there is no more tears and pain.
Thank you for praying with us.

But she is in a better place now!
Oh sweet Viv, I know your heart mourns this loss even as you rejoice that she is in heaven now. Love you, lady!
I am so sorry to read this! I had left an earlier comment asking how she was doing! My condolences to Marvin and Sheilah’s family… so, so sad.
I’m sorry to hear this.
Thank you all for your love and prayers. =)

There is always a rainbow after a storm…this post tough my heart in so many ways. I felt sad after knowing your friend died and that her husband made this letter. One day all of us will have to face the same storm….may God give us the strength when it comes. My thoughts and prayers with your friend and his family….
